Course Access Policy

This policy explains learner access to Datacepts courses, dashboards, certificates, learning resources, and LMS-protected content.

Account Requirement

Learners must sign in or create an account before accessing protected course content. Account credentials should be kept secure and must not be shared.

Enrollment

Course access is activated after enrollment rules are satisfied. This may include successful checkout, administrative approval, institutional enrollment, or manual assignment by Datacepts.

Dashboard

The learner dashboard is the primary place to access courses, progress, profile details, and available learning resources.

Certificates

Certificates, where applicable, are issued after required completion criteria are met. Criteria may include attendance, lesson progress, assessments, assignments, or final review.

Acceptable Use

Course materials are for personal learning or approved institutional training only. Sharing accounts, redistributing protected materials, or using cybersecurity training for unauthorized activity may result in access restriction.
