This policy explains how refund and cancellation requests are handled for Datacepts courses, services, consultations, and digital learning access.
Courses
Refund eligibility depends on course access status, start date, consumed content, live-session attendance, and whether digital resources or lab access have already been issued. Once substantial course access has been granted, refunds may be limited or unavailable.
Services and Consultation
For orientation sessions, faculty development, lab services, DPDP consultation, and research guidance, cancellation terms depend on the confirmed scope and scheduled delivery. Work already performed, reserved dates, and prepared deliverables may be non-refundable.
Duplicate or Failed Payments
If you believe a payment was duplicated or failed incorrectly, contact Datacepts with the payment reference, registered email, and order details so the transaction can be reviewed.
How to Request a Refund
Use the Contact page and include your full name, registered email, order ID if available, payment date, and reason for the request. Datacepts will review the request and respond based on the applicable course or service terms.
Gateway Timelines
Approved refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on the payment gateway, bank, card network, or wallet provider.
